Diego Media Network, until such time that they consent to these listed
conditions.

of all sites listed on the San Diego Media Network computer(s) are Copyright
1983-1998 Greg Argendeli, and may not be reproduced without EXPRESSED WRITTEN
CONSENT of the copyright holder.

Email addresses listed on any site on the San Diego Media Network computer(s)
are not published for the purpose of receiving ANY MATTER OF COMMERCIAL AND/OR
RELIGIOUS SOLLICITAION.  Such messages will be reviewed for grammatical and
spelling errors, and billed back to the originator of the message at $100 (one
hundred U.S. dollars) per occurance.  Failure to remit funds within 30 (thirty)
days from the billing date will result in the account being turned over to a collection
agency.

Worldwide broadcast and print rights are reserved for all copyrighted audio and
video material located on the San Diego Media Network computer(s).
